OUR ETHOSWe endeavour to be responsible and support LOCAL in every-way possible by being mindful, sustainable and conscious of our impact on the environment and our community. We use compostable packaging made from plants, recycle as much waste as possible, and donate all left over cabinet food to Just Zilch - a wonderful organisation that rescues food and re-distributes to those in need. Our new friend Yopi collects all our coffee grounds and green waste and turns it into compost to feed his flowers. Thanks Yopi!
